Individuals become members of a bass club that is affiliated with the Texas BASS Federation Nation. When you pay your club membership dues, the club pays National and State dues on your behalf.

If you are looking for a club to join in your area, click on the link above to view a map of all bass clubs in Texas that are affiliated with the Texas Bass Federation Nation. Each club link has contact information and a link to their web site if they have one.

If you don't see your club on the map, send your club info, meeting place and time to the Internet Coordinator. If your club info needs to be updated, send new info to the Internet Coordinator.

New Clubs

To become affiliated with the Texas BASS Federation Nation, follow the steps outlined in the National Federation Nation Information Packet and submit forms directly to the National Federation Nation offices in Buena Vista, Florida at any time during the year.

The State President will be notified by email when your application has been received and processed by the National Federation Nation offices. He will in turn notify your Region Director.

When the National office has processed your applicaiton, your club President and Secretary will be able to add new members to your club's roster throughout the year on the Federation Nation Roster Management web site.

National Dues: $20.00/member
Make checks payable to BASS LLC.

Your club must also pay State Federation Nation membership dues. Please follow steps one through five under Existing Clubs to initiate your Texas BASS Federation Nation membership.

State Dues: $18.00 / member
Make checks payable to Texas BASS Federation Nation.

To renew your affiliation with the National Federation Nation go to the Federation Nation Roster Management web site before December 31st. Your club President or Secretary will be able to update your club roster and pay National membership dues. The online instructions are very helpful. Membership changes/additions for the coming year are made between November 1st and December 31 of each year. New club members can be added between January 1st and October 30th of each year. National dues are $20 / club member and can be paid online with a credit card or by check from an invoice.

To renew your club affiliation with the Texas BASS Federation Nation, follow the steps outlined below and submit forms to your Region Director by December 31st.

1) Complete the Club Roster form on the second tab of the State Federation Nation Affiliation Renewal Forms (Excel Format).

2) Print the Member Form on the third tab of the State Federation Nation Affiliation Renewal Forms (Excel Format) and have each member of your club complete the form and return it to the club Secretary.

3) Attach a check or money order for the amount of State dues only. State dues are $18.00 / club member. Make checks payable to Texas BASS Federation Nation. National dues should be paid by your club Secretary on the Federation Nation Roster Management web site.

4) Complete the Points Calculation sheet on the fourth tab of State Federation Nation Affiliation Renewal Forms (Excel Format). This will document your club's qualification to send one or more six man teams to the State Championship the following year.

5) Print and review all forms, attach the appropriate payment and send the package to your Region Director before December 31st. Region Directors will update Region membership informatoin and forward your re-newal package and state dues to the State Secretary Ginger Davenport for updating State membership records.
